Hopefully, ING has a few customer agents with conversational English so the present can be READ AND REPLIED TO. I am surprised that no reply, or replies, has/have been sent to my inbox in relation to my standard account application. I am, also, and I apologise in advance if this may sound sarcastic, but I am still, after uploading documents necessary to open a STANDARD account in the last hour, trying to avoid getting annoyed at what I have read. I am originally from London, in the United Kingdom, and experienced over the last 20 years a few banks (LLOYDS TSB, NATWEST, BARCLAYS, just to name a few) and opening a bank account, even the most complicate, took minutes, not hours. I understand that a minimum relating to your identity is an obligation to prevent fraud and misuse. I arrived in Limoges, Nouvelle-Aquitaine last week, and already a payslip (fiche de salaire) is required... Would ING be kind enough to advise as to how their prospective customers should upload their latest payslip when they have just started in their new position in a new company, in a new country? Moreover, I have documented, as required, the part in regards to my landlord. I have been looking at opening a bank account with a bank which name and notoriety is known to me. I truly wish that the present will find a private message sent to my inbox (e-mail address). Yours faithfully. Paul020669
